Rebecca Salazar is a Life Coach with a background in Clinical Social Work specializing in emotional intelligence, self-worth, personal growth and development, leadership development, life transitions, and living with purpose, among other topics. She has also had the privilege of leading in women’s retreats, speaking in various local government organizations, and various churches with topics that include comparison between counseling and coaching, mindful thinking that decreases fear, worry, and stress; growing through life transitions, effective communication, and spiritual development.
Rebecca is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and has a Master’s degree is Religious Education. She is also a graduate of the University of Houston and has a master’s degree in social work and went on to earn her Clinical Social Work License which allowed her to begin her 20+ years in counseling. Rebecca is now using these years of experience as a Life Coach helping clients realize their goals in order to move forward in life.
In addition to Life Coaching, Rebecca also helps her husband with music in their church. She and her husband are proud parents of three children
Therapy and Counseling come from the same family. I view them as cousins. You see, therapists work with clients to resolve issues from the past while coaches work to help clients meet goals for their future, overcome obstacles to reaching those goals, and helping clients live to their full potential.
